1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services operated by Flowbridge Tech LLC, DBA Pixel Flow DTF ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the Site.

By accessing this Site, placing orders, submitting forms, or opting into our SMS messaging program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

This Site is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use this Site or submit any personal information. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to terminate accounts or orders if we have reason to believe a user is under 18.

3. Services

Pixel Flow DTF provides a gang sheet builder platform for DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing businesses. Our services include automated gang sheet generation, AI-optimized layout packing, white-label embed capabilities, order management, Shopify integration, and related tools. All orders are subject to the plan limits and pricing communicated at the time of your subscription.

4. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Payments & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.

7. SMS Messaging Program

By opting in to text message communications from Flowbridge Tech LLC, DBA Pixel Flow DTF (program name: Pixel Flow DTF SMS Alerts), you consent to receive the following types of messages:

• Verification codes and account security alerts
• Order confirmations and gang sheet delivery notifications
• Production updates
• New account welcome messages
• Tech support responses
• Account-related transactional communications (billing, subscription changes)
• Marketing messages: promotional offers, new feature announcements, and special deals

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Flowbridge Tech LLC, DBA Pixel Flow DTF or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. User-Submitted Content

By submitting artwork, logos, or other content to us for gang sheet generation, you represent and warrant that you own or have the proper licenses to use and reproduce that content. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowbridge Tech LLC, DBA Pixel Flow DTF from any claims arising from your submitted content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbridge Tech LLC, DBA Pixel Flow DTF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
